FOR AUTHORS:
Peer Review:
Submission and Review Process Guidelines:

We only accept submissions that are original, not previously published elsewhere, contribute new knowledge to the field, align with the conference's focus, and offer both theoretical and practical value. Each manuscript will be subject to a double-blind peer review by at least two qualified experts in the relevant research area.

Evaluation Criteria:
Is there sufficient novelty in the content to justify its publication?
Is the content scientifically accurate and free from erroneous claims?
Is there an introductory section that sets the context for the work?
Is the manuscript written clearly, succinctly, and in an understandable manner?
Does the manuscript meet the editorial standards and fit the thematic scope of Web of Conferences?
Is the length of the manuscript appropriate?
Is there a need for linguistic editing of the manuscript written in Chinese/English?

Will the manuscript capture the interest of the academic community and make a meaningful impact?
The organizing committee holds the ultimate responsibility and right to decide whether a manuscript is accepted for publication or rejected. Nevertheless, the Publisher has the final say in this decision. The Web of Conferences editorial team reserves the right to reject a submission if it is of insufficient quality or does not match the conference themes. For submissions in English, the text is pre-evaluated by native speakers for translation quality before the review process begins.

The Organizing Committee of the GLSBIA Conference Series rigorously upholds principles of publishing and scholarly integrity, basing its editorial practices on the guidelines developed by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) in the United Kingdom.
